Data and purposes
You can view the gallery without commenting or giving these consents. A comment contains text of up to 1,200 characters, an optional name or nickname of up to 40 characters and an optional voice recording of up to 60 seconds and 3 MiB. You may omit both name and audio. Do not include other people’s personal data or sensitive information.
We also process the selected artwork, submission time, review status, reactions, a random browser identifier and a consent record. To prevent abuse, the server uses a temporary hash of the network address. The purposes are receiving and reviewing comments, displaying them, reactions, requested deletion and security. There is no advertising purpose. Voice is not used to identify you.
Access and service providers
Before review, a comment is available to the site owner and the browser that submitted it. Once published, its text, supplied name and audio are available to any visitor on both domains. Visitors may independently save or share published content.
The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and uses Cloudflare D1 for data and R2 for recordings. These are external infrastructure providers; storage in Russia is not confirmed, and the operator must clarify the exact storage countries. Transcription and translation by OpenAI take place only when the feature is enabled and you give separate, optional consent. Without it, your text and voice are not sent to an AI service.
Retention
Pending and rejected comments are retained for up to 30 days. Published comments remain until consent is withdrawn or the gallery closes. Unused uploaded recordings become eligible for deletion after 24 hours. Expired records are cleaned up on subsequent service requests.
On withdrawal, comment content and audio are deleted. A technical consent record is retained for 90 days, then removed during the next cleanup. Sessions expire after 180 days and are cleaned up later. Rate-limit records expire in approximately a day and are removed during cleanup.
Your choices and requests
Commenting is voluntary. You can leave out your name and voice, or simply view the art. Managing your own comment in the form depends on this browser’s cookie. If you clear it or use another domain, contact the operator using the details on this page.
“Delete my comment and withdraw consent” deletes your comment and withdraws all consents for this comment. You may also contact the operator to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent or report a concern. Deletion from this site cannot remove copies previously saved independently by visitors.
